The Challenge

The Cico Park Improvements Project transformed a long-standing community athletic facility into a modern destination for athletes, families, and residents. One of the biggest challenges was delivering a large, multi-facility project within an accelerated construction schedule while multiple areas of the park were being improved simultaneously. The project also required significant site preparation, including navigating elevation changes and establishing natural grass playing surfaces within a limited growing season. Success depended on careful planning, coordination, and the ability to keep work moving despite tight timelines and changing conditions.
