Key Facts

The asphalt running track was replaced with a post-tensioned concrete system designed to last two to three times longer compared to the original.

A new synthetic turf field was installed, increasing usability for football, marching band, PE classes, and community events.

The project delivered a low-maintenance, high-durability facility built to support both current and future program needs.

Challenge Met

Nemaha worked closely with Waverly’s team to deliver a high-performance, multi-use facility that will serve the school for decades. A new synthetic turf field was installed to expand usability far beyond football, creating a versatile space for multiple programs. In addition, Nemaha constructed a post-tensioned concrete running track, designed with a lifetime base. The result is a durable, future-focused facility that supports both the school’s immediate needs and its long-term vision.
